Horrible customer service, not enough employees at the counter. Every time I go there, I know in advance I’m about to wait an average of 45 minutes.
Instead of hiring someone to greet you at the door for no useful purpose, you should hire more cashiers behind those empty counters that actually have decent experience in this domain. Some of the employees are completely clueless. My 8 year old niece would do a better job. Really thinking about shutting my account down.
Avoid at all costs.

The service was absolutely terrible, with a rude and arrogant customer service agent at the desk. Each time I visited, there was a long wait for service, despite only one person at the cashier while there were dozens of people waiting in line. It took an excruciating hour to complete a simple transaction. The manager of this bank needs to take measures to improve this, as it is truly a horrible experience for customers

Very bad services. Never answer the phone. Left a message many times, no callback or follow up. Have a business account, and the customer service employees are not competent at all. They have all documents needed and they still don’t know what to do for two weeks for me to get the essential service needed from a bank. Moving out at the first opportunity to another bank!
