I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this National Bank of Canada branch l
Since May, I have been in contact with Ms. Sarajeen Paul regarding a mortgage application. She assured me that the interest rates offered were the best on the market, which is completely false.
Her lack of professionalism and responsiveness has been appalling. My emails were often ignored, and promises of follow-ups were never kept. Additionally, the slow and incompetent handling of my application was unacceptable.
I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this branch if you are looking for reliable and professional service.

Super helpful and nice customer service!
I went there for the first time to open saving account and I dealt with Natalie as well as the branch manager (unfortunately I forgot her name). I pleasantly surprised by the service they provided, especially with the branch manager who professionally was trying to do her best, not only for me, of course for all the costumers. They both took care of my request to do it as soon as possible. I really do appreciate their kind assist.

The absolute worst customer service. Received a letter saying I needed to contact the branch to discuss certain things, and had to do so within 30 days of receiving it. I have been trying for over a month and have yet to get a call back. I am in no capacity to go to the branch because of conflicting work hours. I left multiple messages with name and number and did not ONCE get a call back. After years of bad service, this came and solidified NBC’s reputation. Cannot wait to completely close down my bank account and open with a different bank. Do not recommend this specific branch whatsoever.

Since I was in Laval for a couple of months for the work purposes, I went there to open a bank account as we didn't have any NBC branches in town (Kingston, ON). So, after several questions and filling many forms etc., they kept asking why I'm not opening an account in Ontario and while I was telling them that we don't have any branches close by, but they told me it's better to open a bank account in Ontario and not in Quebec! So, they gave me an appointment but they called me a couple of days later and told me that the branch manager wasn't convinced and since I'm not the local resident they refused to open an account for me!
That's insane. Not happy with their services and not recommend this branch!
I felt that I'm living in 90's that you have o buy your stuff from the corner store in your street! Wow, that's insane!!!
