This bank has one person with a line of almost 10 persons and the lady has the gut to say they have only one person at the counter with 3 people roaming around, one lady waited one hour while she was second in the line, every time I go to this branch, it’s the same story and they never learn, can’t believe they are happy with this situation, at least 4 old persons were waiting and no service

Worst service by a bank ever Elena the lady at the front desk asking me a lot of personal question like how much you deposited in your last transaction in front of the other customer all that to make a new debit card. That lady was arrogant and full of attitude.

Worse bank ever I have 3 différents banks(TD,RBC &NBC). I changed my phone number once I’m trying to connect on my NBC app they giving a code to my old phone number which I don’t have access. Then I call the device customer to change my phone number they told me to go to my branch so I went to the branch they are telling me to call the customer service but TD and RBC I could just change at their branch. What a wacky bank no cap
