I waited to write this review, in fact, because in the past I have received good service...but this is really the pinnacle. In fact, the reason why I withdrew all my assets from Desjardins was because of this fund. Customer service, non-existent. And I could also say that the employees are arrogant and the waiting time is endless for small requests... Often you just need advice. You don't need to go through the file and all that. You are not listening to your customers. And, it is for this reason that I do not recommend this service point at all, and it is by far the cash register with which I had the most difficulties. Hello, as for me, a very good service in an earlier era, BUT, today, I am very disappointed with their service for a mortgage renewal....a huge waste of time talking to them....

My family has been doing business with this credit union for several years. I am new to them myself and I am lucky to work with an advisor who answers my questions well and who provides quick and precise follow-up.

Very bad! Having endorsed a mortgage for a period of two (2) years. Their notary made me sign the mortgage as a non-owner co-borrower. The result was that when the person I endorsed defaulted, I was held hostage by everyone, unable to sell or refinance. I only received the notarized papers five years later!!!! The Caisse refused an offer of $10,000.00 to free me from this imbroglio. My credit report is damaged because of these people who insist that I am responsible. The court rejected their request because I refused to sign the renewal. Not very cooperative, several telephone requests went unanswered. Adolescent behavior that doesn't want to deal with the consequences, so they think that by not addressing the problem it will go away. The next step is contact with the newspapers, thank you Fund, Oh! Apart from their stain on my credit file my score is in the high 700s which is excellent! So, what are you waiting for to rectify a blatant error that dishonors you?
