More than mediocre service from one of the employees Thursday April 24 around 1 p.m. during an exchange for change. The employee rolls his eyes and responds in an exceptionally stupid manner, a huge lack of respect.

My son unfortunately had to deal with this fund because his card was blocked. As a reminder His account is domiciled at this branch he was greeted by 2 ladies who asked him all kinds of questions despite the fact that he had handed over his license, his health insurance card and his social insurance number. They took the trouble to go to Google to look at the images of the license because it seemed to them that the license looked fake. He was so suspicious of her that they called the police to kick my son out because of their harmful prejudices against a young black man of 18 who was just asking to unblock his card. He does not have the right to be there according to their words he scares their customers,, As improbable as it may seem it is unfortunately the reality in this establishment, Desjardins checkout of St Canut you are treated according to the color of your skin and your appearance, I do not intend to leave this matter. The humiliation and belittlement you subjected my child to will be restored because you are in no way or manner better than him.

Unfortunately there will always be people who will use racist but when there are witnesses who have seen everything the mother was not even there so please take your information carefully always an exceptional service listening to their member don't forget there are always 2 sides to a medal

counters still defective. Often doesn't work, I have to call them twice because the counter takes the deposit but displays a technical problem and gives me my card back.... clearly needs to be corrected
