If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. My experience here was absolutely atrocious. The person who handled my request showed up 10-15 mins late to our online meeting. Provided no updates through the process and left my emails unanswered when I was asking for updates. She essentially ghosted me while working my file. Then, in order to get some sort of update, I had to persistently call the branch (which BNC customer service told me to do) which in turn they decide when they want to answer the phone (which is practically never).
BNC really needs to evaluate its customer service policy. I have been with the bank for 3 years and I can legitimately say this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. It is so bad that I am in the process of moving all my investments to another bank. Horrible horrible service.

Had to wait for more than an hour just for the lady to tell me that she doesn’t know how to help me and I should better use my phone.
Every month I do the same transaction and suddenly they cannot help me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. Despite being a loyal customer, I was denied a $28,000 bank draft for a vehicle purchase, even though I had all the required documents. I was asked to either visit my home branch or provide proof of purchase, which was not possible as the sale wasn’t finalized yet.
To make matters worse, my wife had no trouble getting a $53,000 draft at another branch two months ago, leading me to feel that I was treated differently based on my ethnicity. This experience was hurtful, and I expect better from an institution I’ve trusted for years. Discrimination in service is unacceptable.

This bank is a disgrace to BNC. They should audit that bank service. You will absolutely lose 1 hour every time you go there because they can’t staff properly their counter with more than 1 person.

It says "open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday". I am there at 3pm and it's closed. Then I see someone who comes and opens me the door but tells me that the counters are closed and that if I need to do something I'd better come in the morning.
its stupid to have a schedule on Google and on the door that is not valid.
