I give 0 to the service maybe see your employee who is due to retire because I come to exchange my rolls and she doesn't want it since I have to pay my savings account which has been in the negative for 4 years since I don't use that account anymore! And when I called to close this account I was told to move and I wouldn't have paid anything. But Madame wanted to take my money to pay for it when I wanted an exchange to pay for my car. Not for nothing that I changed banks, the customer service is rotten and I have never seen a bank refuse rolls to pay our account, it's not their business.

Service to be reviewed. I try to call to speak to someone, several times with no answers. In my first 2 calls I went to a voicemail box. In the last 2, the line was hung up on me before I even went to voicemail. Very disappointing. If the person on the other end is able to cut me off, they are able to answer me.

Customer service is lousy. The first time yesterday, I was supposed to call back and I never got a return call. Today when calling they say that the waiting time was 22 to 30 minutes and after 60 minutes I still don't have anyone to answer my request.

EXTREMEMENT DIFFICILE de reussir a avoir quelqu'un au bout du telephone !! quand cest le temps de prendre rendez vous et charger des frais ca leur fait plaisirs. mais quand viens le temps d'offrir le service, il te ship ailleurs.
