Following somewhat bitter service at the branch, the branch manager immediately contacted me to find out about the situation. She was a very good listener. Slightly ugly experiences happen and the important thing for me is that there is good follow-up and that everyone learns from this situation, including me. I am happy to work with a bank that is open to discussing and finding solutions when there are disagreements.

Poorly served receipt from a young man on September 20 around 10:05 am. I came for nothing for a transaction following bad information received from Telnat. I understand that these are things that happen. The rating of 1 is mainly for the decor which I find not so bad...T`sé when you are waiting to go to the counter and he already has an attitude of...I don't want to help you and you have the impression that he just wants to get rid of you by holding your document with his fingertips while saying unfortunately blah blah blah...it's not by saying have a good day and calling me ma'am that you are showing empathy and understanding. I wanted to transfer my things to this branch which is closer to us... phew... my visit this morning changed my mind! I don't recommend your branch, with humans being replaced more and more by technology you should make sure you keep the cream of the crop...
