Today , I tried to take money out from my bank account but the teller told me to go to another branch, so I am doing that and never coming back. Her reasoning was that I did not have my bank card with me, but after verifying my identify as I presented two forms of ID and answered to all of their questions , I was told to try another branch. I am flabbergasted and offended about this treatment, there was no reason for this behaviours and surprised by the terrible costumer services at BMO-fleury branch.
I am never coming back!

Horrible customer service. A lady around her 60s at this branch treated me so bad I am taking my business elsewhere. I am a BMO client because my husband is, and we have our joints for our bills with BMO. I went to the branch and started to explain the situation and the lady at the counter denied my request before even taking a look at my account??? Once she did, she screamed my balance out loud and said “You have only one account with us and it’s a joint”. As if that made me any less of a customer. I was so surprised by her rudeness and how loud she was being that I told her that I had never been treated that way before in another bank and she replied “Well, I wouldn’t know how they treat you. I’ve never work at another bank”. It was my second time coming to branch EVER. I convinced my husband and he’s switching to RBC. Loved BMO for the convenience but my two times at this branch were enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Recently visited this branch for a small service. Despite that my request was easy to fulfill, I received an exceptional service from the staff. I was greeted in line by someone who asked how my day was and what I needed then was directed to the counter when it was free. The teller was very welcoming and pleasant while remaining quick with the service. I highly recommend this branch as these employees care very much about their customers and their needs. Please visit this branch, you will bot be disappointed by their exceptional service!

I stop to change some money and it was have a ligne of 4 person in front. The service took little time but they take them time once it's your turn to help with your demands. I always got good service and some people are not patient but it's life. It's clean and always has good music.
