As bad as it gets. No respect whatsoever to customer's time. Got an appointment with financial director to open an account. He calls me few days after to tell me that it is cancelled due to an overlap mistake by the secretary. No problem, mistakes happen. He gives me another appointment himself a week after. I am there on time, and a lady, maybe his assistant comes to me and tells me" somebody cancelled your appointment", and he took another customer instead , and nobody at the bank has a clue who cancelled !!!!!! She wants to give me a third appointment, and I said forget it, I do not trust you guys anymore. You did it twice to me, I do not need a third time. The city is full of other banks. This is very unprofessional, and I wander how people get to these positions with that kind of actions. Head office should be aware who is representing them. Avoid that branch.

I went with my husband and our neighbor to open a commercial account for 3 owners. Like a joke, they cancelled twice our appointment, and even second time without letting us know. We drive there and learn about that, and their answer: we'll give you another appointment. Seriously, people have other things to do than drive to bank for nothing. Maybe they better operate a grocery store. Ridiculous.

I received excellent service, smiling clerk, answered our questions. When I need to go to a branch this is always where I go and I have never been disappointed.
