If I could give 0 stars I would. Left 2 messages 2 weeks ago, and still no one has returned my call. I bet you if I owed them money, they would call pretty quickly. This is shameful.

Very disappointed with the service received at this bank. An employee (young woman with long black hair) did not take the time to process my request and instead advised me to go to another bank (BMO in Valmont), which she considered more professional than theirs. In addition, she told me that she only had 20 minutes left before the end of her shift and that she did not want to finish after 6 p.m., even though the bank closes at 5 p.m. I also noticed that another customer was served before me, despite my wait of more than 10 minutes. In the end, I was simply asked to go elsewhere. Very bad experience, I do not recommend this branch.

defrauded in Joliette asks for help in Repentigny calls no return call choose another bank. .The manager doesn't like to have bad comments I'm on my 2 iem I don't know if he'll stay, awful but I think I know why he has a very good connection with Joliette When do you think Mr. Manager????
