On the other hand, when you ask an attendant what and she cannot answer you, she tells you to contact the director of the Caisse populaire de Châteauguay.
Following the attendant's nonchalance regarding my problem, I called the Director of Châteauguay. unsurprisingly, it was his voicemail that answered me. I leave the message to call me back and that it is urgent. Since there was no return call, I called back and left another message. At the end of the day I still have not received a call from the Director.
