You might as well say SCHEDULE 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Imagine, I showed up this morning at 9am, I was told the counters open at 10am. I come back at 10am for a lost card, I am offered the option of keeping the same numbers, but that I will receive the card by post... I am certainly not told that my ACCESS D will be blocked...
So I come back to the branch at 4:30 p.m. to finally get a new card immediately... But once again, the counter is closed... Why display 9 to 5 if no transaction can be carried out from 9 to 10 and from 3 to 5.
What a waste of time!

The schedule that is written on Google is not good. It says 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., I arrive at 4 p.m. and I am told that it is only reception that is open???
I strongly suggested changing their schedule online.

Unable to communicate directly with a representative of the fund. Most complicated call management system. after 15 minutes of useless conversations since the call center representative was unable to help me, transfer to a voicemail of a representative whose greeting told me that he would be back a month before my call? ??? I am seriously considering changing institutions. Good luck to everyone if you want to speak to your advisor.
