Everytime I come here I'll be waiting 20 mins plus... long line ups.. they don't know what there doing .. its insane.

As soon as they lock you in to a mortgage...the customer service goes to zero. If you're late on anything, you get no call, no email, no message, no alert; nothing. I had to find out by trying to buy a property and seeing the mention on the credit report.
The worst part is that no one knows what they are doing... they keep transferring to others in hopes that the next would be competent enough or willing to try and solve the problem.
As a real estate broker and as a regretful client of theirs, never would i suggest anyone to do business with them. They make their own rules, as they please.
They might look like they can offer you more at first, but I prefer paying a little more and going with professional financial institutions and not getting screwed over.

Atms always have problems. Atm charged my withdrawal but never gave out money. Zero customer service also
Edit: 30 days before I get a refund ....I get punished for a faulty bank atm

Terrible customer service. The people who answer the phones cannot do anything for you. They advise you to speak to your representative who never answers or returns his calls. Also you cannot get an appointment for at least a week. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real bank.
