This bank branch is terrible! We went in to the bank to request our direct deposit information, and they refused saying we have to get it online?! What is a bank branch for? We don't have access to our online account and the teller very rudely told us she won't give us our own account number. That doesn't make sense to me at all. We are here at the bank, we have our bank card and went through all the authorization, and she still refused to give us my bank account number? This is not the first time we get really terrible service at this bank. They should really train their employees to be a little kinder and know how to provide services that a bank is supposed to.

I've been a member for more than 40 years with this institution. From what it was to what it became sadly. To the advisors learn better communication skills with your members instead of telling them what to do as to how you can help. To the manager of the advisors be a better person instead of talking down to your members and offer a resolution instead . I took my mortgage and went to another institution who helped me with professionalism and knowledge. Your staff has lost respect!!

Unprofessional. Twice in a row, during the meeting, I would be told that I will get a follow up call within 48 hours to discuss how to move forward. Both times, they ghosted.

Worst service ever!! The quality of service in this agency is reflected by the way their agents are! Reps treat you like they owe you something.. Unprofessionnel and low quality! It will take days and days before you get a response from them! They think that they you are the seller and they are the customer! Unqualified and rood people working there! Will never do business with this what we call a bank or coop!
By looking at all the negative reviews and comments from all those customers, that will give you a confirmation of my statement.
As you can see, no reactions from the managments, that confirms again the above.
