I was defrauded and they refuse to reimburse me despite the police report which shows the fraud. I am now being asked to pay to have a technical report done on my cell phone... still time to invest and costs to pay which will never be reimbursed. They disgust their customers in the hope that they will give up. Desjardins is over.

On the busiest days they lack people and the customers who wait do not have patience because the service is long and also for people who have a business to make their deposit they do not have too much time to wait so long because their business is closes and they must open because their hours are posted on their door where customers speak and they say that the service at the St Hyacinthe credit union is lousy I will go to the other credit unions to make my deposit

Deplorable service, after more than 30 years of loyalty, the cashier service made a payment error, we don't know where the money is, no follow-up from them, I have to call.
I am paying twice the amount. I am told, Sir when we give you a receipt, it is up to you to check that we have made the payment in the right place
I had never seen that, shameful.

Lack of staff! Always full and long....plus the schedule is not suitable at all! VERY disappointed with the service of this fund!
