I have been a member of the caisse for over 40 years and have always been pleased with the service. This is not my experience with other banks I deal with. The caisse have always been very professional and pleasant to deal with. Today when I needed to go to the counter I noticed they dealt with several seniors ahead of me in English and were being very helpful and respectful.
One thing I particularly like is that they never try to push unwanted services on the client unlike the RBC across the road!

It’s Tuesday afternoon, 6 people in line and only 2 teller open. Sad part, some staff to busy chatting and walking around. Don’t recommend this bank.

Deserves less than 1.
Called the bank to order a foreign currency. They told me to go to the bank physical address to sign some documents.
I get there, 1 new bank teller and 2 other employees seeming like to be supervisors, and the nee teller fills in information on a piece of paper. Didn’t bother asking as I thought it was normal, and 2 days before my trip, left with not the currency because that order was never made by this incompetent team..

They spent so much money to renovate and make it look nice but whats the point if customer service is low and wait times are horrible and I always need to go with my parents because 99% the clerk wont know a word of English. Im surprise you don’t require your front clerks to be bilingual

WoW they need to higher English people ! we are in Canada... 90% immigrants who bring money to grow Quebec economy the minimum is to speak both languages. no need university degree just 101 English.
