I checked the times on the Internet before traveling and twice I traveled for nothing. Yesterday the cash register mentioned having closed exceptionally at 3 p.m. and this morning despite it being mentioned 9 a.m. the cash register opened at 10 a.m. This morning an empathetic employee welcomed me but yesterday the young lady was so disillusioned with her job that she was not even able to offer me a minimum of courtesy. Obviously employees can resemble their leaders, therefore bad leadership or bad casting for this employee. It's up to you!

Incompetent team. Cannot assist in setting up a business credit card. You have to do it online. It's long and a waste of time to go there. The financial advisor is not quick either.

For 50 years officially rue beaubien but must never present myself at the same checkout for a few years
Well, the most important thing is that the staff seems to train more for investment and very little for mortgage even a renewal becomes complicated.
Often we almost have to do it over the internet except that in my case they make me travel unnecessarily for things that could have been done over the phone. (6 hours of driving in the snow)

Unprofessional and uncompetent staff. Impossible to carry out basic services (international transfer) in the middle of the day. The employee asks me through the waiting room the amount of the transaction. Amazing..
