If I could give 0 stars I would. I have three different bank accounts at different banks. 10 with TD, 5 with RBC and 3 years with Desjardins. In three years, my card has been frozen about ten times. My access to the online account blocked every 3 months. Since I have been with Desjardins I have had to call about twenty times to resolve problems. Never had a single problem with my other accounts, not a single call. Recently I had a problem with Desjardins. I called and the advisor on the phone told me that everything was correct with my account. I asked him to double check because I knew there was a problem. She puts me on hold and comes back 5 minutes later saying that I was right and that there was indeed a problem. If I never would have told him to double check, the problem would still be there. Incompetent banking service which always causes problems and when you try to resolve the problems you come across incompetent advisors who do not know how to do their job.

Dear Desjardins, when I needed help you didn’t support me. I asked you for support and you told me that I had to go into even more debt to get help? Who answers that to their customers? Fortunately, I am going to leave you because a competing bank reached out to me during one of the most difficult times of my life. I won't come back to you knowing that in difficult times you let me down.

Great service always in my experience! Dedicated and friendly employees. A big thank you to Ms. Ginette Daigle who gave me a big helping hand with group insurance which did not fall within her mandate. She spent an hour with me to resolve this problem! Thanks again!

Waiting with a ticket for over 20 minutes without the line moving by a person. In 30 years at Desjardins, I have never seen this. It was my last visit to this Fund...
