A check I wrote to a person was cashed without me having sufficient funds..and the bank considered it a debt on me ..supposed to be a fine of 40 dollars and the check was not cashed but the check was cashed and the bank took my salary and my tax and 400 dollars remain. The bank is still asking me for it..and I called to stop the check before it was cashed, and the call was recorded. The bank said that the employee did not stop the check, because missing information but he did not tell me that.. I don't know where to go to complain the bank. The bank employee told me to go and complain. Choosing this bank was a big mistake.

It's easy to do business with a human being there. Though I've been lied too at least three time by different employee costing me money. Most of it was fixed when I got to a superior though.
