i have been trying to fix my E-transfer for the past month and all they keep sayign is "someone will call you in the span of 48 hours" but noone actually calls. the fist time i called they would constantly transfer me between deparments and couldnt figure out who was supposed to unlock my profile. The is no reason reactivating an e-transfer account should be this difficult.

Hours say they close at 5. They close at 3. How are people supposed to use a bank that closes before most people even get out of work. Why even have a physical location at all?
