My complaint wasn't moved forward as the employee kept on arguing about how it's like this for everyone. Which was rather irritating. So I'm hoping this public review get forwarded to the right place. It's not my first time receiving poor customer service from people who try to argue with you instead of just forwarding your complaints to the right places at this location. When calling, customers who are not satisfied should be expecting to receive a similar argumentative response before getting transfered to a more appropriate department to process their complaint. While employees aren't disrespectful, this constant talk back and need to "explain" set up an aggressive and argumentative field for customers who could be irritated at the situation leading to disrespect. It offer no solution to the issue either. And if there's nowhere to process complaints, then that's a faillure on the bank itself for neglecting an important facet of customer service, processing complaints.
Hopefully other customers have better experiences and do remember that this might not be a universal one. But I have yet to really get an employee who don't feed into the issue by talking back so much. The only time employees are good is when you're not calling to complain about something.

Not the best experience. Front desk employee literally went to talk to another client in the middle of my sentence. And they were not able to complete my request. So ended up calling the Desjardins phone assistance, was so much quicker.

My experience with them is not the greatest. They are clearly having issues recently with a lack of employees, I tried to reach them for something and it was impossible to get a hold of someone for my problem. This, mixed with being told someone will call be back in 24h only for it to be 2days after and not a singular call yet.
It feel very cheap of them and the fact the only way to get any type of help as of right now is to go directly to the building(Something that some might not be able to do.) is genuinely upsetting. I hope this issue get fixed soon. Until then, a 3 star from me.

Bad, just bad. Hours always change, reception is slow, they’re never organized, makes me wish I had a different bank.
