They have a system that allows their customers to take a number to ensure people are served in the proper order which is great if it's respected and incredibly frustrating when not. Evidence shows that if you are familiar with tellers, you can just walk up to them without a number and no explanation is given to other customers as to why theses preferred customers don't need to wait their turn. This has happened three times on three separate visits. I reserve the right to be wrong, but for the time being.. 2 stars!

I went to ask a simple question that could’ve been answered by the desk clerk, but the clerk sent me to the receptionist. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish her call as she was speaking with someone making dinner plans and talking about her boyfriend... very unprofessional and upsetting since I was in a hurry. Once she finished her call she answered my question which was easy. A 1 min stay ended up being a 12 minute wait just to get told I have to go elsewhere. Real waste of time.

I’ve been dealing on and off with the Caisse Desjardins du Quartier Latin for five years now. I’ve always found the customer service good and the agents very knowledgeable and friendly. They function primarily in French, but that’s not an issue with me, can still receive support in English if you really need to.

Bunch of unprofessional people made me waste a lot of time. Do not respect time frame and everybody is lost, pinning any issue on their various colleagues. Don't open a business account with those guys, there are many other banks that will provide actual service.
