There is no service, it's as simple as that, impossible to organize a call with an advisor who herself took the initiative to call me at the start, after 10 days of going back and forth without result I decided to close my accounts with them.
I still have to close my accounts, wish me luck!! I had already spoken with a representative several months ago to close my RRSP that I had transferred elsewhere, but he did nothing I still have an RRSP account with them with $15...
Checkout really to be avoided.

Avoid!
After 2 representatives and still major errors in my mortgage file.
They scheduled withdrawals of $10,000 and yes 10,000.00 more than the planned withdrawal! Then, despite having spoken to "representatives" the samples do not go through, we have to call each time and good luck... the representatives are never available!!!
Furthermore, even if you write to the director... we still have no news. So, clearly avoid this checkout, in any case there is no advantage to going to this checkout over any other!
Health network fund should be AVOID!!!!

Desjardins= making life impossible for individuals. This is the worst fund that can exist.

Very disappointing service. We always have to make an appointment (around 2 weeks) to speak with the person responsible for our mortgage despite the thousands of dollars we pay in interest. If we miss his call, without exception we go to his voicemail and no return call from him. Our advisor does not return our emails either. I do not recommend this fund to you. When the mortgage is signed, you are no longer a priority for them.

VERY BAD MORTGAGE REPRESENTATIVE and DESJARDINS WHO DOES NOT TAKE HIS RESPONSIBILITY...
When we decided to do business with Desjardins for our mortgage loan, we were referred to a mortgage representative working for Desjardins: he gave us very poor advice, not giving us the information necessary for an informed decision (only told us about fixed or variable rate, when there are a range of other options!). Result: we pay a lot more interest because of this incompetent person and regret having done business with Desjardins... Because Desjardins washes its hands of it: we filed a complaint but they do not recognize their error. This does not surprise me: like all financial institutions, they are there to line their pockets without worrying about their customers... We will therefore have to rely on the financial markets authority...
