While other banks are trying to attract new customers with better service, better hours, better options, this bank seems to want to lose customers as much as possible. I try to avoid any contact with the employees at this branch, because of their poor service but today I couldn't even enter the branch to use the ATM because the front door was locked. Another customer, who was also trying to use the ATM, said that the door is now only open during branch hours. Incredible that there is an ATM inside, but you can't even access your own money. This bank used to be a decent bank many years ago.... No surprise that it is now ranked one of the worst.

If i could put a zero on this lousy bank, I would. I came to this bank to annouce that my dad passed away. They told me ohhh well we will put a note on the account saying that he passed away. Not even a week later, they send it his account to the collection agency and now on may 23rd. We received a letter stating that if we dont pay the amount in the next 48h. The laurentian bank representative will sue us. This is disrespectful and beyond. I have called this lousy bank a month ago and they told me that they will called me back. And they didnt do it. Everything that family have in this bank will be close. Enough is enough. I wish karma to all people who worl at this lousy bank

The old woman at the reception table is the most evil, racist, rude & inhuman person. Such a horrible person explains why they have such poor reviews. My mother passed away, died of a heart attack 5 days before Xmas & I’ve been struggling to stay positive. My mother gave most of her money to charities to help others. And this woman has the audacity to laugh & mock my mother’s bank account!! In front of me!! And to immediately cancel her card without telling me and throws it, THROWS IT at me. But as soon as a another whyte lady passes by, she saint! And talks to her with high regard. This racist woman would not even speak to me in English but would talk to everyone else in English!! Why? Why? What did I do wrong to you!? I’m mourning and grieving the most of my mother my only mother and you spit in my face with disrespect and not even explain to me what I need to passed that money to the other charities! Just follow the paper she says but I don’t know what this paper is all about! Rush me out as if there was other people in the bank. There was just me!! Me alone!! No one else!! Zero empathy, zero respect? Zero humanity & complete disregard of professionalism! Do not go here at all! Disgusting woman!! She should be locked up!!

Horrible & unprofessional service at this location. There was a time when Banque Laurentienne offered great, reliable, friendly service. A time when the branch manager was a friendly face who worked at the same location for 30+ years...that's something of the past. Maybe I'm showing my age but I believe in offering clients optimum service & this location does not offer anything close to mediocre.

I go to the counter to get change for the money I withdrew at THEIR own Atm and they tell me “we dont have money”. Lol
What kind of bank doesnt have money. They clearly didnt want to serve the customer because they were too busy talking. Stay away from them.
