Tried to make an appointment online and the only way you can (unlike other banks) is by waiting for an employee to call you to give you an appointment... It would be so much easier if you could just, you know, choose a date and hour on your own on the site? Even more than that, when the lady called me back, she refused to give one to me!! So I will just show up without any appointment and waste everybody's time, including mine. But if you are a Laurentian Bank client you should already be used to this company wasting your time...

Call the bank many time. No one call back. all appointments must be taken by phone. But no one call back so I can take a appointment. Can't transfert my money from a gic since it must be done by a employee.... No service at this bank. Will move all my assets elsewhere.
