I've been dealing with the Laurentian bank for almost 50 years. The customer service is the lowest I've seen. Horrible. I called the bank in January for a problem. Everyone knew but apparently the person handling my mortgage payment was unaware. Finally she rectified the situation. This took 2 weeks. In February I still have the same problem I have already called twice. No, reply , It doesn't seem very normal. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Nicole Ruscitti

After 50 years with bank, decided to change. Closed an account there, never got money of another family member transferred to new account. never got new debit card. 3 hours to make changes for everything and still had to go back to sign new forms. Never got call back after placing calls and writing emails. Also, no cashes available to get or exchange money other than the automatic tellers which is not ideal. Was so distressed. Had to leave.

THEY USE YOUR MONEY TO PAY OTHER COMPANIES !!!!!
NEW GUICHET MACHINE , WE GET NO ADVISE THAT THERE WILL BE NEW MACHINES ,
THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT THEY ARE NEW MACHINES, NO ONE TO EXPLAIN TO YOU!
THE AMOUNT WE WANTED TO PAY GOT PAID TO ANOTHER COMPANY , VERY UPSETTING!!!!!!!!!!

After being with this bank after 10 years I got transferred to this branch. Got the worst customer service nearly lost my newly purchased house. They didn't want to pass a sun life check even though the bank called and verified/confirmed the amount with sun life. I even went to the bank and they wanted to hold the check for 14 days. Spoke to manager , who was rude and arrogant.Went to another bank and they told me that they would cash check without even needing to verify. I then noticed the short wait times with the new bank. Didn't have to wait 45 minutes to be passed, switched right away. Closed all accounts with laureantian bank. Just Horrible!, everytime I went there, always something. Stay away, believe me there's better.

Genuinely the worst bank and workers ever. Been on a call with them since 11am for them to pick up and immediately hang up without having said 1 word. 6h of my time wasted I don’t know who hires these idiots.
