Terrible service, not even able to manage two debit cards! Not sure they understand French well either! Bank to avoid at all costs! Non-existent service and unknown to the staff! What's more, the bank itself is late everywhere, outdated app, counter hours? Staff always hiding in the back, chatting!
Really, find another bank!

It was an absolute nightmare dealing with them. You have to follow up with them several times before you get a return call or a response to the email. They change investment dates, make mistakes in the documents that penalize us and don't care. We got everything out of this miserable bank. Avoid!

Bank to avoid at all costs, gave us headaches for several years, we inserted life insurance into our mortgage payments without our knowledge for a few years before we realized it, never wanted to reimburse us, had to make several complaints to the head office for various errors on their part.... oufff to avoid, very difficult to communicate with them... to avoid at all costs!!!
