Staff is old school unexperienced.
The staff is not friendly. Their computer systems is outdated. The wait is always too long. Opening hours are terrible.
I’m moving to a different bank.

really disappointed with the Laurentian Bank staff. I call to get information on why BLC direct is not working, they tell me that it should be resolved within a few hours... I call back the next day and they tell me the same thing for the next 4 days when I call and they hang up on me.
I remained very polite despite the situation and I heard sighs coming from the same person during his 4 days (by hearing his voice I was able to recognize that it was the same person from the Laurentian bank who was responding to me)
very disappointed that we are not able to be friendly and respectful to customers.
It lacks courtesy, 2023 it gets worse let's say. change your staff or train them properly?

This Bank is one of the most incompetent and backward that I have known. Arrogant, unhelpful, and not to mention lazy customer service. Sitting in front of a screen doing nothing because they are afraid that covid will jump in their face.
Does not respond to any of our requests and does not provide any service. Dinosaur BANK if you ask me. Worth O star.

Called Monday...answering machine...I said $ from my iron please....I got a call back on Tuesday...
It's Wednesday of the following week and I have nothing in my bank account that arrived, so with 3.14 I have to withdraw my $ and wait until tomorrow, December 24th.
Thank you for your lousy customer service.
I'm going to close my account after the holidays and withdraw my fees and look for a bank with no more customer service.
