Never had a poop service.... at this point since March 3 that I have been trying to withdraw my money from my celiab.... for the purchase of our house I am told who will charge me 100 more because our net mortgage is not with their bank a real headache never again will I do business with them for investments

The old lady at the cash register, very arrogant, the bank on the north shore told me to go and withdraw the rest of the money from Notre-Dame, I went and the second I came back, really unpleasant arrogance! We can't even take 500 off for an 18 year old! After looking at a few reviews, we can notice a lot!

No return calls, nice promises, but nothing in return. I've been waiting for a month for someone to contact me again. How is it that employees allow themselves to ignore customers? Weird!

It's very hard to share when I've never had any return call on a mortgage request in 2021. And never had any return on an investment change that I wanted to make, she didn't yet have the skills to do this, she was supposed to transfer me to another person who would call me in the following days hihihi I've never had a call yet, I'm still waiting for the two calls! That’s quite customer service!
