I'm a long time client of this bank (not this particular branch). I asked at the front desk if I could use their restroom (no, it wasn't number 2, it was an innocent number 1).
The woman gave me a long, long look... you know?... that kind of look you would give someone if they came to your front door asking for the same thing. After that she said "no, the restrooms are for employees only, you can go ask the restaurant in the corner".
So, let me get this straight... When I eat at the restaurant l go and wash my hands and use the urinal at the bank and vice-versa, right? That's the logic here...
No, the logic is "give me your money but you cannot even use my restroom". Amazing!!!

Terrible place !
The employees are always angry, I have visited the bank twice to get a business account and they tell me that It’s impossible to open an account because they are all busy, but you can see 5 of them doing NOTHING! how long does it take you to open a bank account? 2 days ? and when you try to make an appointment they want to give it to you within 3 weeks !!

I asked the front desk if I could pay my drivers license at the counter with my credit card. When she answered yes I double checked by asking if she was sure I didn't have to go thru the atm first. So I join the line, waited for about 20min, got to the counter presented my bill and credit card to be told that I can't do that transactions with a credit card.
