Didn't think NBC could get any more useless, but now they don't even do cash transactions on Saturdays. Their regular hours are incredibly inconvenient during the week so you need to literally take time off of work just to get some cash out in 10s. Why do I even pay client fees? Will definitely be changing financial providers.

Banque National is already one of the worst banks but this location takes the cake. These people will do anything to avoid helping you. Employees are clueless, took 30mins to do a transaction that usually takes 5mins. These people Had no clue how to deposit a check in USD . Asking me if I tried through the app. I explained that USD Checks have to be deposited at the counter and have completed this transaction many times with no issue. It took 3 employees behind an iPad for 30mins to figure it out. Once they succeeded, They forgot to give my debit card back. No printers (they are apparently broken…) therefore no printed proof of transaction. This is a bank…make it make sens

I have been a client at National Bank for several months, and during this time, I’ve consistently encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from multiple tellers. This isn’t a one-time occurrence—it’s a pattern that I’ve observed repeatedly across different staff members at this branch.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which should be the bare minimum for any service-based institution, especially a bank. Unfortunately, this location seems to lack both. The tellers often appear dismissive, impatient, and uninterested in helping clients. Simple questions are met with curt responses, and their demeanor is anything but welcoming.
I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might be a bad day for one employee. However, after months of experiencing this with multiple employees, it’s clear there’s a systemic issue here—whether it’s poor training, lack of accountability, or simply a culture of disregard for customer service.
Banks are supposed to be places where customers feel valued and supported. Sadly, this branch falls far short of that standard. I hope National Bank’s management takes these concerns seriously and implements significant improvements to the way clients are treated. Until then, I will be reconsidering my business with National Bank and would not recommend this branch to others.

My review is in praise of two of the bank employees who were extremely kind in assisting us when we needed help of an administrative nature. We were on holidays and had no account with Banque Nationale but the gentleman at the reception desk and the Conselliere were sympathetic to our dilemma. Knowing that the only benefit for the bank would be our appreciation for an act of kindness and compassion, they took it upon themselves to be of service. This review is in recognition of their humanity and a compliment for their employer for hiring these fine people.
