But when you no longer see the representative in front of you who is supposed to return your money and you decide to ask the representatives at reception why it takes so long! You get the response “it’s only been 5 minutes, what’s the problem” Well done champion! You represent the NATIONAL BANK OF CANADA well!

Bad service, very bad! (Zero does not exist). Today I showed up to make a deposit into my business account at the counter. I have paper money and change, a clerk at the reception table asks me to go to the counter, impossible I have change. A second and third clerk asked me the same thing and they told me it wouldn't take very long. Only one clerk at the drop-off counter and three people around the reception table. They chat, they laugh, they have fun on their tablet, but no one to provide good service at the drop-off counter. There was only one person in front of me and three people behind me and I was served after 29 minutes. A clerk told me to take overnight drop-off bags to go faster. And he replied, “That’s it and that’s how it is!” ". What I understood between the lines, if I'm not happy I just have to go elsewhere. Well that's what I'm going to do. It’s been four years and that’s enough!

Waiting for 30 minutes to get to the counter. Only one cashier is on duty, and each transaction takes 15-20 minutes. With millions of dollars in profits, customers deserve better!

Very long wait!
Attendant among us says it's okay to go to the counter!
I have a business and it doesn't work like that and at the other financial institutions that I use there is no waiting and even at other BNC branches the service is fast.
So, I will not go to the counter but to another bank tomorrow to open an account to close it. Thank you for enlightening me on how you treat your customers.
