I had to wait in line for over an hour to be seen by a bank teller. While I understand that staffing can be challenging at times, it was quite frustrating to wait for so long, especially given the importance of the services provided. I hope the bank can take steps to improve this aspect of the customer experience in the future. It happened more than once that I had to leave !

Awful experience. I don't know how this bank can have good reviews. For the smallest problem you have, you need to go in person in the branch. The lines are long all the time and usually there is only one teller. And most of the time they are not knowledgeable or they give you wrong information. I lost a more than a month trying to solve a small issue and after a month and I don't know how many hours lost in the bank not only I didn't solve anything but its worst than before. The tellers are not doing anything, and just a few have an idea what they are doing. So avoid if possible.

i felt like royalty today and nothing less. There was a little line up but employees with their tablets would come ask us what we were here for and pull some people aside to help if they didn't need to go see the cashier. The cashier was very professional. I was even escorted out after my transaction. When i asked why, they said it was part of the 5 star service. Best bank i ever walked in.

I had a problem today in the morning, I though I had to spend long time in the bank asking questions and filling out forms but gladly I found this great agent emilie Ducharme, she is extremely skilled and patient enough to go my problem finding a quick and effective solution. We need more Emilie's everywhere!!! Très apprécié Émilie!!
