Great service! I'm New to the neighborhood. You can see that they changed their priorities. Always a person to welcome you and assist you as you pass the second door. They focus on customer service since 2 months from what they told me. I can tell they want to improve. I used to go to another branch. Always had trouble with customer service and no answer when calling them.
First impression is very good for now.

If i could give a quarter of a star i would.terrible service.The few times ive gone there no receptionist and end up leaving before even seing any employee at all .15 mins seems like a long time to have nobody at all behind the counter on a monday👎🏽👎🏽

worst service ever!, the guy in the front desk is so awful!, he did not resolve a problem with my parents...I had to make an appointment at the same place with somebody at the bank who was very nice.
Also, the guy did not cover his face properly. it is so disgusting!

Went to exchange one debit card for another.
Waited about 25 mins for the staff member that I had spoken to and another about 20 mins to get the new card.
In total had to deal with 3 staff members including the manager.
Very slow. Very inefficient. Very poor service.
