Customer service wise, very bad , should not let customer wait soooooo long.

There are only 2 advisor at counters, I had waited for a long time and when I got the chance to talk to one of them, she said I don't have access to safe boxes and my supervisor can do that!
Big waste of my time!

I went there to deposit a check in US dollars on Friday, July 21st. They accepted the check without notifying me that there was a silly restriction on my account. Then on Monday, July 24th, they rejected the check for the same reason. Since the check was scanned, it was not useable in other banks or financial institutions. Waisted several hours to contact the customer service. When I came back to the branch, the manager told me the only thing she could do is to provide a letter which explain the situation. I hoped I could use that letter to contact the US company for a new check. But still, I am waiting for that simple letter.

Went to the front desk, was asked “you know you can make payment online” extremely rude yes i know i can make payment online but i wanted to do it at my branch since i had cash on hand. After all this headache to pay my car loan off it never passed the money is still sitting in my account! Wasted 1 hour of my day and now still paying interest on my loan when it should have been paid off. Worst branch ever!
