If I can put 0 stars I would! Horrible service at this branch. I went into the branch to modify my account for payments on my credit line and the advisor did not do their job and never changed my account. Now I have called the telephone services multiple times to get support and they can’t help, I have left messages to the branch manager and they never got back to me. I want someone to contact me and fix the issue you created before this affects my credit score (for your mistake) horrible service and poor management !!!

Today is one week since RBC holds my money hostage for absolutely no reason, and with zero explanation.
I deposited a cheque issued by a well established and known insurance company. I called the branch after 5 days, and after 40 minutes of waiting on the line and hearing how my call is important to them, nobody answered. Huge disappointment, this caused me some major inconveniences.

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to. I should have been in and out in 15 minutes. They had to verify me 10x on an account. They had to verify the funds, they wrote the wrong amount and the wrong name on the bank drafts I wanted. They asked me to verify where money came into my account from, even though I'd told them time and time again what the money goes in and out for. It was absolutely the worst experience and I wasted an hour of my life there. If it had been my home branch, I would have been in and out in 15 minutes start to finish.
