I find it funny how people respond negatively. I have NEVER had a problem with service or calls. Always super smiling and I have always been helped with fraud, applications, savings etc. I'm sure the negative comments come from rude customers I saw every day when I worked in customer service. XD

Terrible service, I have been a customer for over 40 years, we cannot reach anyone in the branch, we are asked for our customer card number when we call to check the opening hours of a branch, I do not see the relevance, if we do not give the customer card number we get hung up on. I am looking for another bank

Good bank, but the bank entrance is in poor condition and needs a good cleaning and painting. The parking lot has holes and is outdated. Especially with the arrival of the new bank on the same street.
The modernization is in order.
