Went this morning to make a deposit on behalf of my wife’s business.Sat down in front of the cashier and handed him the money and the bank card.He asked me if I had a deposit slip and I didn’t.He said I needed a deposit slip or I could go to the atm.I asked him where I could get a deposit slip,and he said I had to pay and order them.
I told him I was not comfortable with the atm and he said he couldn’t make the deposit ( too lazy or just couldn’t figure out how to make a deposit slip). Couldn’t believe it.I’ve been a customer at the Royal Bank since 1970 and have never experienced such lack of respect towards a customer that had made the trip to make a deposit and told to go back home.
I am leaving one star but it’s still too much.

Just leave the atm and close the place. Employees doing nothing all day. I went today, I need to speak to someone and they give me an appointment for next week, on the StBruno brunch. They just dont want to work there, I can clearly see at lest 7 employees doing nothing. Frustrating
