Under staff. Employees are all in super slow motion. Managers all hide in their room with 1 teller and long line up.
Today I deposit USD cash at counter. The teller was trying to reasoning me that my bills are not straight and they may refuse to deposit my cash. The bills are not rolled like garbage. Just fold in half. This teller is basically asking me to iron my bills before going to the bank. I didn't argue with this nonsense.

I have been a customer of RBC for quite some times, however this branch is the worst i have ever put my feet in. I visited the branch in order for them to send me new client and visa RBC card because one the old one the agent made a mistake writing my name. Instead of just correct the mistake she took my IDs went to all her coworkers and superiors stating that mistake is really weird that she can't do anything for me. I left the branch and called customer service, they ended up sent me new ones.

If I could rate zero star. I would. Waiting for about 40 min (still waiting...) in the line to make a transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. Only two tellers on the counters. And every single person took up to 15 to 20 min. And a huge line up. Absolutely stupid and waste of time.

If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. I am SO DISSATISIFIED with the lack of services at this branch. I have made 3 appointments, scattered across 4 years about my mortgage. ALL 3 TIMES the advisors failed to show up/call/attend the appointment. I have tried calling the branch, only to be left on hold for more than 1.5 hours. Using the virtual assistant is useless, as the bot sends me to a non-existent person. I am left without services. The only time I received services was when I initially signed for my mortgage, after that, complete radio silence. I am considering switching banks because of this lack of service and professionalism. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS BANK.
