Very bureaucratic service. Even if the clients’ line had being waited up to the gate, the two tellers were still very slow in service. I waited half an hour and finally got the service from the supervisor who came out from her office but she let us wait for another 5 minutes more just for making an appointment. I got mad finally, left the bank without bothering her and ready to make it by myself. Actually it took me only one minute for making it online. I don’t know if the supervisor would feel shamed when she see my message here.

The staff is very always super nice. I was recently frauded with fake checks and Vicky was super nice and very helpful a big thanks to her! Also the rbc help line is always friendly and super nice. Every time I need help and wether it’s in branch or on the phone I’m always impressed with how good the costumer service is. Good job guys!!!

Best branch very professional employees very quick service and they are all helping customers with a smile, no exceptions. They have to be winners of the RBC customer support rewards of the year for being excellent so long. Thanks everyone 👏

Very disappointing, tried to make a deposit with all my banking information + ID, because I did not have a deposit slip, they did not accept to do the deposit. Very lazy lady at the counter. Not a chance to go there again.
