    Worst RBC branch I’ve ever been to. Consultant i guess was paid by appointment, took our id and said for rhe rest we’d need to call the service center. So he set us up ON SPEAKER PHONE at one of the tellers desks. Everyone waiting could hear our financial info until we litterally had to ask to be taken off of speaker. NEVER have I been to a bank that does this….. gonna wait till appointment available at my branch next time.

    Worst institution that I had to deal with in my life! Please be careful if you sign your mortgage with them. They have a clause in the contract which automatically renews your contract with them when it comes up to term and if you refuse to sign because you found a better deal they renewal automatically at an open rate which is extremely high. One time I made a mistake of paying my credit card to a wrong company and not only they refused to help me but they kept saying to me over the phone that it was my fault. I mean I know, people make mistakes right? Why do I pay you bank fees every month for the past 18 years? They told me to wait 15 days to see if they can do something for me and after this delay I still had no answer from them. When I called they told me I have to call my credit card provider. Then why make me wait 15 days? So unprofessional! I wish I could give them negative stars. I have been with this rigid, closed-minded, unhelpful bank since 2006 and I will do anything now to change banks even if it’s very complicated and time consuming. You want to have a good experience? Any other bank than RBC!

    Service is awful. Not there to help customers they just want to their job with very minimal effort. Manager called with high pitch voice cutting me while I was talking puts me on speaker during our call not knowing who is the room no sense of respect or confidentiality towards their customer.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting the RBC branch in Chambley and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided. Wadih went the extra mile to address and resolve all my concerns with outstanding dedication and professionalism. Additionally, Yasmeen, the branch manager, showcased exemplary leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. Her continuous efforts to maintain high standards of service truly make a difference. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. Highly recommend this branch for anyone seeking top-notch banking services.

    I have been clients with Rbc for at least the last 10 years and I still can't believe how bad the service is now. What happen with your good service ??? What happen to this compagny since the last years ? I was meant to have an "online appointement" and no one even tried to reach me or even tried to call me ?? I feel like this is a proper joke. I tried to call every single phone number and there is no way a human can answer to call ! It's all gone with their online robot service. What about the good old face to face appointment??? Rbc should be ashame of how they are treating theirs clients with such a low standard like this. What about a bank being closed on Monday and Tuesday ?
