More than 45 minutes to simply deposit money in my friend's account . With no chairs to sit. Though, there is plenty of room to have some. If only we could grab a number, sit down and chill. Even with the teller, we could potentially have a high chair/stool and sit while that person completes the transaction. I feel bad for the elderly people going there. The design of that bank was not thought-out well and needs a small reform.

Some hiccups here and there but overall it's a good branch. We visit mostly weekends and most of the counters are closed. I don't blame them though, at least they are serving.

Service was bad. The cashier never answered my question. She never listen to what I had to say. I had to repeat myself over and over. She just gave me the usual bank jargon. I just walked away on her. It Would be appreciated if they hired people that speak and understand english and french better than just a few words

My local bank was closed so I came here to process my student loans. The advisor was amicable during our initial appointment however when it came time for follow ups, she was very short, unhelpful, impolite, and ignored me when I scheduled a follow up appointment. Come to find that my documents were probably used as a coffee coaster because nothing was ever sent to the loans department. I never received my loan for the semester and my files have since expired so I’m left out in the lurch to make up for incompetence. If this is how you treat students I’d hate to see how you treat everyone else. If you value your time and money, I’d suggest you steer clear of this location.

I standed for 15 minuts in the business line on Saturday cause I had a deposit. Nobody aknowledge my presence after a while I asked how come the non business line is going so fast and nobody is asking me for something and they told me that on Saturday there's no business line... What the hell !!! they could of told me that way before and I had to go back to the end of the non business line...Not professional at all. They did not even care...There is no way I could of known this specific detail ... not written anywhere. I will try to convince the owner of the company to change bank...worst service ever (or maybe the race thing played a role)
