No service at all, RBC block my account. I present myself at place Longueuil on my day off, to hear the only one who can help me is the Director who's not there at the moment. I then proceed to ask for his number, the lady told me she can't give it to me. I have to come in person. I try to call but nowaday you cannot reach a succursale, you only reach rbc customer service whom won't transfert you. So i'm just leaft there hoping my day's off coïncide with the day the director work. The more years goes the more i feel customer service is now a joke. Stay polite while you wait for our incompetency !

After forcing their whole workforce into the Rothschild's agenda, do not wonder any further why ALL RBC customer service has been handicapped, to not say the least, destroyed. I've been on four very long, about 7 hours in the waiting, phone calls, leading to nowhere or cutting the line of me after a vocal redirection. I find it pathetic when they call me right away when my investment activity don't go threw but somehow fail to recognize that my credit card of 20k got frauded

I have never lived such a disrespectful experience in a financial institution
The person in charge of the small business account is extremely disrespectful and unfortunately is not working to uphold the bank’s reputation
I really do not recommend anyone to visit the branch located in place Longueuil
As far as I know, this is the only branch that manages their clients this way
It is sad to see that’s this branch has employees that are working against the customers , perhaps additional training is required as they are representing such a reputable bank
I recommended that other customers share their experience because this way you will help others avoid to live this type of situations

I was so happy to be a new client... Thought the whole banking experience / services were a nice change.... Lasted 6 months and the superficial walls came crashing down to reveal they are worst then the previous financial institution I was dealing through.
I HAVE NO RECOMMENDATIONS OTHER THAN : "MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE FINE PRINTS"
and
"IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, STEER CLEAR OF IT! Definitely is the case with this financial institution's illusive services!"
